Pietro Fiorentini Launches C-Lean Energy Academy in Collaboration with MIP Politecnico di Milano
The C-Lean Energy Academy, an innovative training program focused on energy transition, Lean & Agile management, and sustainability, officially launched on September 20, 2021. Developed by Pietro Fiorentini in partnership with MIP Politecnico di Milano, this initiative aims to equip future energy professionals with cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills to drive sustainability and innovation in the energy sector.
A Dynamic Learning Experience: First Week Highlights
The first week of the C-Lean Energy Academy featured:
- Interactive face-to-face classes led by MIP professors and industry experts.
- Company site visits to Pietro Fiorentini’s production facilities.
- Comprehensive discussions on key topics such as climate change, digital transformation, and sustainability.
A total of 25 selected participants were welcomed by Mario Nardi, CEO of Pietro Fiorentini Group, who introduced the Academy’s objectives and the transformational role of energy transition in shaping a sustainable future.
The program will continue with two additional weeks of intensive learning, supported by a virtual learning community that will remain active until course completion. Participants will conclude their training with project work focused on real-world applications of sustainability and energy innovation.

During these site visits, the Kaizen Team demonstrated the company’s approach to:
