A Milestone in Sustainable Energy Training
On December 1, 2022, the first edition of the C-Lean Energy Academy, a specialized training program developed by Pietro Fiorentini in collaboration with POLIMI Graduate School of Management, officially concluded.
This program was designed to equip professionals with expertise in renewable energy technologies, sustainability integration, and Lean Management, with a focus on hydrogen, biomethane, and power-to-gas solutions.
Graduation Day: A Celebration of Learning and Innovation
During Graduation Day, the 24 participants presented their final project works, developed under the guidance of Pietro Fiorentini’s industry experts and POLIMI GSoM professors. These projects explored key energy transition topics, including corporate sustainability strategies, clean energy solutions, and Lean Management in start-up acquisitions.

Following the success of the first edition, the C-Lean Energy Academy’s second cohort is now underway. In February 2023, students will complete their final module, which covers advanced topics such as:

- Corporate and Personal Well-being
- Effective Teamwork Strategies
The program will conclude with participants presenting their project works, applying the knowledge gained throughout their training.
