On May 17, 2023, the Pietro Fiorentini Group officially named its Hydrogen Innovation Lab after Matteo Cazzola, a dedicated employee who tragically passed away at the age of 35 in Norway.

The Hydrogen Innovation Lab, inaugurated in late 2022, is one of Italy’s most advanced hydrogen testing centers. During a private ceremony, Matteo’s family, company executives, and close colleagues gathered to honor his memory and acknowledge his passion for renewable energy and hydrogen-related innovations.
