The Pietro Fiorentini Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of 60% of CRYO INOX, a leading Spanish company based in Barcelona, specializing in stainless steel structures, components, and plants. The founding partners will retain the remaining 40% of the company.
Expanding Expertise in LNG and Sustainable Mobility
With this acquisition, Pietro Fiorentini strengthens its capabilities in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Bio-LNG solutions, expanding its reach in natural gas liquefaction and micro-liquefaction.
CRYO INOX, through its subsidiary ADD Synergy Innovation, has developed extensive expertise in LNG plant production and currently operates in markets across Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia.
This acquisition enables the Pietro Fiorentini Group to:
- Expand its liquefaction and micro-liquefaction technologies for natural gas and biomethane
- Enhance LNG and Bio-LNG applications for sustainable mobility
- Support virtual pipeline development, an alternative to traditional gas pipelines, allowing LNG transportation by land or sea
