Design	• One-piece body with retainer screw design • Reduced port design (full bore version available) • Fire-safe construction with fire-safe lip, graphite body seal and stem packing • Anti-leakage design with increased body strength and reduced leakage risk
Applications	• General industrial applications: hydraulic, chemical, steam, oil/gas, oxygen service • Fire-safe condition where higher pressure and temperature resistance is required
Temperature Range	• 40°F to 350°F (–40°C to 180°C) with TFM 1600 seat • 4°F to 350°F (–20°C to 180°C) with PTFE / RPTFE seat
Pressure Rating	• 2000 psi (138 bar) WOG • 150 psi (10 bar) with saturated steam
Body Material	• ASTM CF8M, CF8, WCB • DIN equivalents: 1.4408, 1.4308, 1.0619
Size Range	• 1/4” – 2” (DN8 – DN50)
Standards & Specifications	• Valve body and end cap: investment cast steel • Stainless steel seats can be annealed; carbon steel normalized upon request • Manufactured to ASME and MSS standards • Factory tested to API and MSS standards
End Connections	• Female pipe thread: NPT, DIN 259/2999, BS21 (standard) • Butt-welding ends not available for this model • Other end connections available upon request
Automation & Mounting	• Simple mounting for automation purposes • One-piece body typically without mounting pad; adapter bracket available • Compatible with actuators and automation accessories
